We take pride in our craft and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here is how we handle returns and exchanges.

Standard Items Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all **standard collection items** (non-customized) within **7 days** of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • Full refund to original payment mode.
  • Free sizing exchanges (subject to availability).

Customized & Bespoke Items

Because customized items (like bespoke dresses and personalized keychains) are made specifically for you, they are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Note: We work closely with you during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

How to Initiate a Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Page and choose "Returns" as your subject.
  2. Include your **Order Number** and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label or instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
