2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RISE's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. Custom Orders

Customization requests (Dresses, Keychains, etc.) are subject to separate approval and pricing. Once a customization request is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to its bespoke nature.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
